Twenty-four years. One promise.

In 2020, we launched HeartEase (Heyi) — an international brand created to bring foreign travelers to Jiangxi.

A few months later, the borders closed.

Across the province, agencies shut their doors.

We're still here.

Not through luck, and not through a bailout. We're privately owned — no state backing, no parent company, no safety net. When the work dried up, the only people who could save us were ourselves.

Behind HeartEase stands Jiangxi Shenzhou International Travel Agency, founded in 2002 to run domestic tours for Chinese travelers. Over eighteen years it had built something a closed border couldn't take away: relationships with people who knew, first-hand, exactly how we work.

When travel came back, so did they. In August 2025, the Nanchang Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism published its official ranking of the city's travel agencies by the number of inbound tourists they received.

Jiangxi HeartEase was #1.

A ranking is only a number. What it really says is that a private, independent agency, with no institutional backing, received more inbound travelers than any other operator in the city. It took twenty-four years of doing what we said we would do.

Now we're offering that same standard directly to individual travelers.
